Liam Russell has been writing and performing for more than half his life. His childhood was spent backstage at folk festivals with his dad (singer-songwriter Brent Titcomb), deeply influenced by the commitment to craftsmanship and the dedicated way his father’s generation lived and breathed their art.

Liam signed to a major label at age 15, touring and performing steadily. Three full-length albums and 2 EPs later, he’s had singles chart in the top 10 and top 20, been shortlisted for songwriting awards, performed with Joni Mitchell, and is now an alumnus of the Canadian Film Centre’s music residency.

More recently, you’ll find him producing records for artists like Zoe Sky Jordan and her brother, Ezra Jordan. What remains constant is a commitment to the craft and a desire to make something beautiful.
